the first place.

I am increasingly becoming suspicious of all the regulation.  Even though many people are defaulting, these people knew that they were borrowing more than they could afford.  How can the government regulate impulse buying?  With or without credit card regulation, consumers can still overextend themselves at anytime with a credit card.</description>
