New Credit Card Reward Options from American Express
| September 22, 2009 |
It now looks like the company that has the "most satisfied cardholders" according to J.D. Power and Associates is now trying to give their cardholders even more to talk about. That is right, American Express is now offering their consumers more reward points; even some that can be used toward "everyday" charges. The best part, it looks like these rewards are geared to both consumers and small businesses.
So what caused the new reward option? American express says it had to supply consumers with relevant rewards that are geared to help them during this current economic climate. Since cardholders are looking for ways to better manage their finances, American Express found a way to provide help to these cardholders.
What everyday purchases can cardholders look forward to using their reward points toward? Consumers can use their points toward groceries, gas, phone, wireless and cable bills, and more. For many small businesses, these rewards could be something that is needed as cost has risen on almost everything and business has slowed. Business can use their points toward purchases of everyday operation which include business services, communications, merchandise and supplies, utilities and transportation.
