For this one, the features listed on the site include no credit checks, flexible document requirements, and the ability to use worldwide. As for interest rates, unlike credit cards many if not all prepaid cards don't have one. They do come with fees however, and with this card the largest fees seem to be around $10.00 (as of 2/3/2010) for both monthly maintenance and opening an account.
