A type of credit score that's an alternative to the most commonly used FICO credit score. Developed by the three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion), it ranges from 500 (high-risk) to 990 (prime). Although the Vantage Score uses many of the same criteria as the FICO score, those criteria are weighted differently.
